Roundtable Discussion: Policies and Strategies for Securing Women’s Leadership and Engagement in the Productive Sector of our Countries

We are pleased to invite you to a Roundtable discussion on “Policies and Strategies for Securing Women’s Leadership and Engagement in the Productive Sectors of our Countries”. This event is being held within the context of the OAS Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Project and is organized by the OAS Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI) in partnership with the OAS Inter-American Commission of Women (CIM). It will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, virtually via Zoom from 9:00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. (EST). The Roundtable will provide a space for discussion among public and private sector stakeholders in the WEE project participating countries of Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the wider Caribbean region, on policies and strategies for increasing women’s participation and leadership in the economy, as well as policy reforms needed for the same. The experiences and good practices shared during the event will be published on the WEE MSME Clearinghouse.
