Our purpose to is channel and help business curate human experiences to improve engagement, retain customer, gain new customer and earn more. I believe this training was generally useful, but it could be optimized by looking outside the operational aspects of the reel and consider areas like Localization, case studies, customization to suit local audience, etc. as the audience at today's workshop where from different parts of the world and one size does not fit all.

I really wanted to get more comfortable using Instagram and this training has really helped me to reach that goal. Also, my knowledge of reels was limited but the gaps were filled with this training.
